iPhone Can I go from beta 1 to beta 3?

I have beta 1 on my ip4 and it takes forever to install beta 3. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, why wouldn't you be able to?

If you're doing OTA, it takes a little longer than it would than a install via iTunes, mainly because the phone is doing all of the preparing and whatnot.
