Can I have Menu bar and Dock on my iMac and 2 Ext Monitors at same time?

I am wondering if anyone out there heard of a program that does menu bars and Docks on all your monitors at the same time. I have 2 external monitors hooked up to my iMac and I would love the Dock to be on each monitor. I heard of Second Bar and Multimon programs but they do the menu bar only. Is there one that does both?

Update on above: Does Maverick take care of this problem?
