Can I import a Microsoft presentation into iLife?

If I have a presentation with pictures, music, etc. that was created on a Microsoft using Picasa, Moviemaker, etc. is it possible to import it to a Mac and be able to view it using the iLife software? If so does is require special software or can I just pull it up and view it without doing anything special?
