The title is essentially my question. I don't have a mac myself but I'm using the universities iMacs tomorrow and have recorded all my voice overs with the the voice memos app, then synced to my pc and transferred to my portable hard drive. Would it then be the case of dragging them into FCP or is it more complicated than this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You've probably figured this out by now... but if you haven't then FCP likes to have your audio files as aiff format and at 48khz. Try to convert them first before importing.

^^Indeed. I've found that out as well...48khz is the magic number to, at least for compatibility...
