Can I increase the font size In Outlook 2011 Message pane?

In Outlook 2010 for Windows, I can change the message list pane (if I'm saying that right) font size under views > other settings and increasing the row font, but in Outlook 2011 for Mac, I do not see where I can do this. Everything looks so small I can barely tell who the emails are from. I know in the reading pane I can do command +, but I hope there is a way to increase the font size in the message list pane.

That link does not fully address the problem - using the "Command +" only temporarily zooms the text.
Like the OP, I'd like to see a method that locks in and saves your preferred viewing pane text size.
