Can I install a 5s battery in my iPhone 5 ?

I want to do this because the 5s has a larger capacity battery and I believe they are the same size.
The upgrade will be easy for me because I can handle a screw driver and a suction cup.

The connector placement may be a little different and the actual style of connector may not be the same. But if it'll fit, it should work.

iPhone 5 only works with iPhone 5 batteries!

However, the (larger capacity) iPhone 5S battery does fit in the iPhone 5C.

Looks like you are correct. 1570mAh on the S versus 1507mAh on the C. For some reason I thought it was the other way around.
