Can I install Hackintosh on my Alienware M15x?

I have an old Alienware M15x that was shipped to me on 2/22/2010 (if that's relevant) and it really doesn't have a use for me anymore. So I thought i'd make it into a Mac/Hackintosh, considering i've been into iOS programming on a VirtualBox on my main PC. The exact specs of it are as follows:

CPU: i7 740QM @ 1.73GHz
GFX: GeForce GT240M
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3
HDD: 500GB 7200RPM Seagate ST9500420AS
MOBO: Not exactly sure-No model number given in CPU-Z

Am I good to install OS X 10.8.5?

Mostly because the lights don't work at all, which is a suspected bad motherboard. And I'd rather have a laptop than get $200 for it
