Can I Install Leopard Without Dvd Or Ext HD

As Per title, I want to to reinstall leopard, I have it downloaded,
I have no access to dl dvds or an external hd.

I read somewhere about something you can install leopard by making a new partition, I am not bothered about data on current install of leopard its all messed up
