I just purchased an SSD. And I want to install the SSD as well as the current HDD in my laptop - by using an Optibay. I am wondering if I can install the SSD in the Optibay - any downside to it?

Two that I can think of or I recall that I have read about:
1. If the speed of SSD connection is not as good as the HDD enclosure (as it is my MB Pro only supports 3G speed - certainly so in the HDD slot)
2. I think I have read somewhere that if I make the SSD which is in Optibay as the primary boot drive, then the MB Pro has problems going to sleep or something like that.

Anybody have any insight to share on these questions?

Thank you!!
