Can I install win7 on MBP without internal SuperDrive ?

rEFIt can't boot USB flash drive with windows installation on MBP, just air (or OSX installation).

I didn't tried yet using Macbook Air USB SuperDrive. Anyone know if it will work ?

sure that would work. although I have installed windows on my mbp many times using refit and usb...

Are you sure about that?
I have a generic (not apple's) USB cd-rom that recognize and work under osx, but won't start the windows installation on boot. I'm not sure if that's the drive fault, computer fault or just compatibility issues.

MacBook Air doesn't have this problem, I'm with the Pro.
