Can I jailbreak an iPod Touch 8GB MC model with 4.0.2 firmware?

If so, which jailbreak would I use?
It's a 2G iPod.

I've also tried downgrading to 4.0 and 4.0.1 but it wouldn't work. I don't know if I was doing something wrong.. I'm not good at this kind of stuff.

Currently, there is no jailbreak for 4.0.2

And if you've jailbroken before on the 4.0.x other than the one I mentioned, then you should be able to downgrade if you saved your SHSH blobs.

This isn't exactly true. For the second generation iPod touch, you can use redsn0w to jailbreak on iOS 4.0.2 by pointing it to iOS 4's IPSW file.
