You didn't Google hard enough. ;)

You can jailbreak it with redsn0w 0.9.6b6, right on the Dev-Team's blog. Only caveat is that on most devices, 4.2.1 is a tethered-boot jailbreak right now (as was the original 4.2GM jailbreak you referenced...nothing has changed since 4.2.1's release). This means that everytime you reboot the device, or turn it off and then back on (that is, shutting it down completely, not making it go to sleep), or your battery dies and you plug it back in, it will need to be hooked up to a computer running redsn0w.

So unless you really really need to be running 4.2 right now because you're dying to use AirPrint or AirPlay, then you are probably better off sticking with 4.1 for now until they figure out how to make jailbroken 4.2 boot autonomously/without outside assistance.
