Can I just "clone" a working partition/drive into Parallels?

I've got multiple hard drives with multiple OS installed. I want to use Parallels to do some testing- so I want to make some VM's so I don't have to actually restart into my other drive partitions. I want to just "clone" a working OS-partition into a Parallels VM. Is this possible? I don't want to go through "installing" Mac OSX and all the other apps that I have installed on these partitions, I just want to clone them over since they work and have the apps I need. Any suggestions or how-to articles?
