....... that my iphone 4s is a fantastic piece of technological brilliance. I've had it for 5 days now and I'm in total awe of the sleek design and above all the wonderful ios5.

Oh and the battery life is very good as well. I've been getting a full day's usage out of it. :)

Good to have these threads once in a while. :)

Glad he is happy with his 4S. We just moved from 3g to 4s. Nice phone. Not overly impressed, but fine.

BUT - what I do despise is people that can not seem to have a descriptive TITLE/SUBJECT line.

There are worse ones than this, like

What phone did you have before? Just curious

I agree with the OP, and my phone history so far has been...

iPhone 4
iPhone 3GS
iPhone 3G
iPhone
Treo 750/Samsung Blackjack (would switch often between the two)
Blackberry 8730
...

In between, I've also given the Droid, Droid X and X2, Motorola ATRIX/2, Samsung Galaxy S II, and Blackberry Storm, Storm 2, Curve 9360, Torch and Torch 9860 a try. All have been... meh. If I had to use them because I didn't have a choice then I guess I would find it tolerable, but I'm much happier on iOS.

I probably would've been okay right now if I had stayed with the iPhone 4, but there is more than enough improvement in the 4S that it was worth it to me to upgrade. I'm VERY happy with the decision to upgrade.
