Hi, my new (well 4 month old) 27" iMac (OSX 10.6.4) died.. Zap..
and when I plugged in my backup hard disk it zapped that also.
having spent a week recovering 4 2 TB disks..
I am now using my old 24" iMac 10.5.8.
I have my address book, but is there anyway I can load the emails from my rescued mail folder (users-library-applicationsupport) into my 24" iMac mail program. (i am following research and it help me to see the thraeds of previous replies. gelealogcal research. I have tons of emails in seperate mail boxes per relation...)
(P.S. I tried simply placing the former folder in my new folder, but all the settings went haywire and spent several hours getting back to square one, ten only by deleting the pop account, and was back to square one.
any clues would be appreciated.
