Can I make a copy of my Windows 8 PC to Parallels?

I would like to make an exact copy of my Windows 8 laptop to use via Parallels on my Mac. Is it possible to do this?

I saw that there was an app called "Parallels Transporter." Would this app let me copy my Windows 8 setup exactly as it is on my laptop and put it into Parallels on my Mac? I want to keep my anti-virus, apps, etc.

IIRC, there's an issue with the Windows license - transfer to new hardware requires re-validation.
