Can I make a forum for my mobileme website

I just bought a mac yesterday and have not had much sleep since. As a life time PC user I have found the switch to be fun and entertaining. I bought the mobileme package and was wondering if there is anyway to put a forum on the website.

There's not an easy way as iWeb/MobileMe do not offer such a feature.

You'd need to have an extensive knowledge of HTML and PHP.
