I got my blue and white today :) And I was wondering if there is a way to make a system restore on OS9 so that if I manage to screw anything while I'm messing with it I can just pop the cd in.

I'm on my mac right now...so happy :p

Restore of OS 9 ?

If you have a Zip drive, you can use the Zip tools app to create a "rescue disk", which is a minimal, bootable system folder. You have to remember to add any apps/utilities/ special extensions though :)

If you have a CD burner, you can copy the system folder to the desktop and use Toast to burn it, but have to be sure to go into the preferences first and check the "make bootable" option :)

Or you could just buy a retail copy of OS 9 :D
