Can I make movies using my iMac's iSight with Final Cut Express?

I'm considering a purchase of FCE 3.5 and I just need some reassurance that I can continue to make videos with my iMac's built in iSight camera in exactly the same way I've been using iMovie. I say this because most folks seem to be using it to capture video from an external DV camera or other sources.
