Can I make Siri confirm before calling?

I'm using Siri more and more. It's great. My biggest frustration is when it misunderstands me and starts calling the wrong person. it happens almost every day, usually in noisy environments. Is there tweak to force Siri to confirm before calling?

Me: Call Mary
Siri: Calling Gary
Me: Nooooooo!
Gary: Hello?

I'd much prefer a speed bump:

Me: Call Mary
Siri: Ready to call Mary?
Me: Yes

Did you ever get an answer to this. I end up randomly calling someone with a similar sounding name. Frustrating to say the least.

I use a cydia app called "ask to call" I know it works from when calling from contacts but I never tested it with siri my battery is dead right now so I cant try but you might want to give that a try

I've got Ask To Call and like it but it only works on finger dialed calls, not Siri.

I needed this feature desperately for a disabled client so I put all phone numbers in twice, one as work and one as home. Siri then asks which number you wish to call. We had to add a ; after one of the numbers otherwise Siri was smart enough to call because the numbers were exactly the same. It really helps if you have certain people who you just don't want to call by accident.
