Can I make the Dock black & white?

Is there a terminal command (or other preference option) that I can use to make the Dock black & white / greyscale, to match a black and white picture I use as my desktop background?

Check here to change your dock. The icons in the dock will need to be manually changed to gray-scale (icons in Mac OSX are all PNG).
