Can I manually manage what songs are downloaded on my phone?

I have iTunes Match on iOS 7 and I don't want a song to stayed stored locally just because I downloaded once.

On ipad, I can swipe to "delete" it and I get the iCloud download icon back. How can I do this on iPhone? Swiping does nothing
