Can I obtain iTunes with a linux system

I am using the following:

Ubuntu Desktop PC 12.04 64bit
iPhone model 9B206 running iOS 5.1.1

What i would like to do is subscribe to iTunes with my PC then sync playlists with my iPhone.

Is this possible?

The windows version of iTunes should work under WINE or Crossover Office.
