Can I output audio over a upnp server?

Hey there,
I have a Philips Streamium (WAS7500), which allows music to be stream from an upnp server. I have searching around but unable to find on how to do this. I would love to output the audio from my mac to this device.

Is anyone familiar with setting this up and / or knows a good application to do this with?
