I own a mid 2009 13" MBP. In terms of gaming, it's not that good. Barely playable on games like MW2 and SC2. Can I overclock it to give it a little boost? I know nothing about this though.

No, not really.

Apple doesn't provide too many tools to access the hardware in OSX and I'm unaware of any other tools in OSX for this as well.

Alright I got the Nvidia tools and I'm under performance settings now. There's a couple of tabs, CPU, GPU, Motherboard and Memory. Should I just go to the GPU and click find optimal settings and use that? Or should I just pull those bars up a little. Note that I don't have proper cooling.
