iPod can i password protect a file on my ipod video?

hi, is there software that can allow me to password protect a file. id like to store all my usernames/passwords on an ipod.

You can open disk utility and create a new disk image in whatever size you need to fit all your files in. Choose encryption, and save it to your desktop. It will ask you to enter a password, then it will create a disk image. Double-click the image, enter your password, and it will mount on your computer. Drag whatever files you have (text files with your info in them) into it. Then eject the image. Drag the image onto your iPod, and you'll have a password protected file.

Just make sure you eject it every time after you mount it (since it will be accesible to anyone that uses your computer if you don't).

Also make sure to choose a size big enough to fit your files, because it cannot be changed later (unless you want to repeat the entire process).
