Can i pay Apple to upgrade my internal hard drive?

hi everyone, just had this question as my internal 250gb is almost full, and i would love to upgrade it to a 500gb if possible, i bought a 320gb external hard drive last year but i am using this for time machine,

i live in the uk and have apple care (student version) will apple upgrade the hard drive for me and if so how much will they charge to do so and how much would the drive cost be, i would rather not try diy it as i still have two years warranty left and i'm not that confident

i have the white 2.16 c2d imac bought last feb

any help info or advice would be great

Try ringing them and find out,if not there are plenty of Mac authorized places that will,but not sure about warranty status on IMac's
