Can I place my S7 AW on my night table even with the Milanese Loop?

Not sure what the band has to do with the issue.
Personally if I'm not wearing it I'd be charging - even when not being worn the Watch will consume battery...
Sure. There's nothing wrong with doing that. The only thing you should know is that, if you have the graphite/space black Milanese loop, do not let it touch the watch when you set it down. That's one of the only bands that can cause major scratching, even on sapphire.
