Can I play my 2010 imac through Klipsch G17's?

Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm totally new to macs.

Just bought a 2010 iMac 27 mid 2010 running mountain lion.

I would like to play iTunes and iRadio wirelessly through Klipsch G17 speakers. Is this possible? I was hoping to buy an Elgato TV tuner and also play TV sound through the speakers, will this work?
