Can I prevent apps from pinning themselves to the dock?

Every week Roblox updates it restarts the dock and pins itself, its pretty annoying.
 
Nope. You'll just have to remove the icon manually... unless you can find a setting in Roblox launcher to turn off adding the icon to the Dock.
