Can I purchase HD Movies DIRECTLY from my computer in iTunes?

Hello,

there are some movies I want in HD, it says the movie is available in HD on Apple TV.

I want to download it into my computer from itunes. Then when I'm back home I'll sync it to my AppleTV.

can this be done?

I wasn't aware of this ... here in Aust we only just caught up with the US as far as buy/rent movies/tv shows but I'd just presumed that I could download a HD movie to my iMac ... AFAIK, HD TV can be downloaded to ones computer.

Would be nice to be able to download HD movies at my office with the much faster connection then play them on Apple TV at home
