Can I put mid 2010 MBP RAM in a mid 2009 MBP?

Recently upgraded my mid 2010 MBP RAM and I'm wondering if I can put that RAM into a mid 2009 MBP. I've done a (little) research, but I figured it'd be best to ask before going through with it.

It'll work fine. They both used 1066MHz DDR3.
