Can I re-download paid apps?

My iphone is acting up and I was told that one of my apps might be corrupted. Problem is which one... so I want to delete all of them and re-download them, but I paid for a few of them and dont want to pay again. Is this possible? I tried and I dont see an option to just "download" only to "buy now"

Yes, it will pop up saying your download is free because you have already purchased the App. I have done this several times.

Yes ... just go through the process as if buying again and you will get a popup saying that you already bought and asking if you want to download again for free.

It should remember that you've paid already and let you download for free again. I'm pretty sure a messages saying as much pops up on-screen when you do.
