I split my 120 GB hdd into 60/60 between OS X and Vista. Is it possible to shrink the Windows partition without having to reinstall OS X? Dumb question but would it also be possible to shrink the Windows partition without having to reinstall Windows too?

Good news... you won't have to reinstall OS X if you adjust your Windows partition.
Somewhat bad news... as far as I know, you can't adjust the Windows partition size, but, I think there are utilities that will do it. Perhaps someone else will chime in.
