Can I recover my lost data if my friend synced it by mistake with his itunes?

Hi,

I have an iPhone 5 running iOS6 and I have never synced it to iTunes since I bought it, 3 months ago.

So I added a number of contacts and photos in it.

My friend synced it to his own iTunes by mistake so now, I have all his contacts/music/messages on my own phone, and don't have any of my own data.

Is it possible to recover any of my data?
I tried to do it with Wondershare, but it tells me that I cannot do it because I have never backed up this iPhone to my iTunes.

Sorry but if you had no backup, then there is no restore available for you. Are you sure you don't have an iCloud backup? It prompts you to set this up when you first setup your phone.
