Can I recover this corrupted audio file (m4a)?

I recorded a tutorial on my iphone. It recorded fine, but then i wasn't able listen it again. Then when I plugged it into USB and downloaded it, it wouldn't open.

Is there any hope in recovering it? I put the file online here..

Media Info Mac can't determine any details about the file, even the codec. That's a pretty bad sign.
