My iPhone GPS does not work inside my home. It also will not triangulate an approx location from the cell towers at home!

But I know that the 3G has 'enhanced GPS' and will also attempt to locate me based on the wifi connection.

So - how do I 'register' the location of my wifi router so that when my iPhone connects to it it knows it is a home?

TIA

I believe the company uses for the WiFi information is Skyhook. You can check ouit their site, but I do not believe they take submissions. They gather all the data themselves sending out vehicles with scanners to pick up networks and peg them to locations.

But check, it has been a while since I looked at their website, and they might have a way to submit your wifi information.
