If I ordered my iPhone from Verizon, can I exchange it at an Apple Store? Or can I only exchange it through Verizon? Thanks for any info!

Can I replace a Verizon-bought iPhone at an Apple Store?

Warranty service is provided by Apple so if you want / need to exchange due to a problem then you go to Apple.
If you want to return your Verizon iPhone for a different phone device or to change the color or storage capacity then you have to go back to Verizon.
