I'm upgrading and gifting my MBP 2010 to my wife. For various reasons, I want to hand it to her with nothing but our iPhoto, iTunes accounts and Rosetta Stone (for which I have non of the discs codes, so need to copy over as is). Apologies if this has been covered already; but can anyone point me in the right direction if this can be done?

Just create a new admin account for her then login to that account and delete your account and the data in it. This will leave all apps on the machine for her to use while deleting all your data.

If you want to leave iTunes and iPhoto data for her, just drag the contents of the Music and Pictures folders from your account into the /Users/Shared folder then once you create her account drag them into her Music and Pictures folders.

Before you do that make sure you reauthorize iTunes content under your account.
