Can i restore after i jailbroke?Help!

I just jailbroke my phone to 3.0 (from 1.1.4) using pwnagetool.

Can i restore using iTunes to get just my data back (photos, contacts...)while maintaining the 3.0?

Yup Of course. However it's probably better to start off as a new phone instead of carrying over baggage from your 1.1.4 install.
