can I restore my emails to yahoo? (Entourage question)

Hi

I have a yahoo email account which I am very happy with.

I foolishly clicked the entourage button on my MacBook today and now all my emails are in there

Please can anyone tell me if there is a way to put them back? I don't want to use entourage

I am not all technically minded, so simple answers if poss.
