My beta of iOS 7 expired today i was running iOS 7 beta 3 on iphone 5. I downloaded the .ispw file for 6.1.4 and just restored my iphone to that, however, i lost all my data, i tried to back it up to my iOS 7 but iTunes said that my version was too old, is there any way to retrieve all my data from the iOS 7 back up and have it on 6.1.4?

No. Unless you update to iOS 7 Beta 6 and restore from the backup.

iOS 7 backups are not compatible with iOS 6.

Why were you still on beta 3??

If you are lucky, you will be able to restore the backup with either the iOS 7 GM or the public release. No way to restore it on iOS 6.
