Can I restore my iPhone back to a certain time with Time Machine?

I have backed up everything on my Mac using Time Machine about 2 hours ago, I just made a huge mistake with my iPhone by importing Google contacts now I got over 1,000 contacts I don't need. Is there a way to restore my iPhone to the state it was in 2 hours ago?

Have you backed up your iPhone through iTunes since then? If not, do a restore from a backup.
