iPhone Can i restore with itunes 11.0.5? ios 7gm

Hello i update mi iphone 5 to ios 7 gm, now i want to do a clean install, but i have the old itunes (windows) so i cant sync. But if i put in DFU mode can restore to ios 7gm?? im not a dev, dont have udid.

Just use the 'Erase all content and settings' option in Settings > General > Reset.
