I need help recovering my iphone contacts!
My phone froze so I did a restore. Unfortunately I restored using a copy of iTunes that had never synced with my iphone (reason below), and I can't find a way to get my contacts back from my iTunes backup on my external hard drive. I was able to replace the music library in iTunes, but not contacts. Does iTunes store my iphone contacts as a file?
I also have what's supposed to be a bootable clone (via superduper), but when my hard drive actually did crash, I wasn't able to boot it from the clone so I just dragged everything from my backup (I did a drag-and-drop backup in a separate partition from the clone). When I did this and relaunched iTunes, it didn't recognize my phone and I could no longer sync, which I ignored...until my phone froze and I lost the contacts from my phone.
Can anyone help?
