I bought a Macbook Pro at an Apple Retail Store, and it has some problems, and I'd like to get a refund (I'm within 14 days). Could I go to another Apple Store to talk with a Genius and return it, or does it have to be the one I bought it from originally?

Thanks.

I returned my macbook pro at another retail store than the one I bought it from. However, I exchanged it for a replacement, not for a refund, so I don't know if they'll do it when you are asking for a refund.

My best advice? Call the store and ask.

BTW, why do you want a refund and not a replacement? Just curious...

You can goto any Apple store to return or exchange

Hell... you can even return or exchange a purchase you made from Apple.com to an Apple store

Thanks for you answer.

I want a refund because this is my third Macbook Pro.

Cool. The first one I bought through Apple online, but exchanged it at the store. Thanks for the answer.
