Hey,

I bought AppleCare a little over a year ago and by the time I went to register it it was a few weeks past the one year period I have to register it.

Now, it is opened. Is it possible do you think, to return it to Apple for a full refund? I remember briefly reading a post on this forum by someone who said you can return AppleCare to Apple at any time. But, can I do it if its opened, and can I get a full refund?

I have no Mac I can use this with. It's for an iMac.

I'd like to sell it on eBay but people are selling them so cheap?! Are they scams? In Australia the AppleCare extended plan for an iMac is $268, yet some are selling for $135? Although a more reputable seller for $220.

I'd be happy with $200.

That's probably people cheating the education discount and selling it that way.
