Just bought a 4th generation 31 days ago, exactly! I know Apple's 14 day return policy, but they've also been lenient in the past. I just want the new one! Do you think they would let me exchange?

Call apple ask for supervsior, I had a situation like this and the manager who did it for me told me managers have power to overwrite Upto 45 days

It never hurts to try. If not, I would agree to try and sell it and pay the difference for the newer model. Much sleeker and the performance is on a much higher level.
