I purchased my 32gb iphone 4 from the Apple shop (in the UK)

am I allowed to return it tomorrow for another one (brand new)

can I just say I am having signal problems?

I just want one brand new, mine has a few scratches on the back

Seriously - Maybe you should have just been a bit more careful with yours. Returning for an actual fault is understandable, but returning because you're clumsy is just wrong.

People like you make it hard for honest folk to get a replacement for a legitimate problem.

They will more than likely take it back due to the fact they're accepting all returns for the iPhone 4. However think about everybody else who is trying to get one because lack of stock. If you're getting scratches on the back i would suggest a screen protector for the back. I've heard the wrapsol has been pretty awesome for that. Good luck with whatever way you go about it though.

Yes. And that is incredibly selfish of you.
