I bought a brand new ultra to three days ago and when I took it home to try on several of my Apple made silicone sport bands, four out of the five would not click into place. I would like to exchange my watch for a new one, but I'm betting that when I go in there, they will have a band that will work and tell me that I can't return it or exchange it. Thoughts?

Assuming you are in the US, Apple accepts returns for 14 days (and I think we are in the holiday return period, so it may be until early January) so, presumably, yes you can return it and even buy a new one at the same time.

Nah, you can exchange it for any reason as long as its within the 14 days. They won't give you any trouble at all.

Return policies vary by retailer and country. Best bet is to ask the vendor directly.

Have you cleaned those old bands, eg with an alcohol wipe? Also try inserting them from the other side, sometimes that works, and if all fails, return
